The SCADAspire system was created using industry leading components to create a highly integrated and cost effective Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for water and wastewater systems. SCADAspire PLC software provides the remote connection that makes this system function. For most installations, our standard version: SCADAspire PLC 06, includes Ethernet and Serial communciations combined with high-density discrete (digital) and analog IO configurations. The DL-06 is the primary controller used in our platform and includes every feature we offer. The DL-06 is a very powerful controller with a compact form-factor and affordable pricing. Included in the standard SCADAspire PLC 06 is twenty (20) input and sixteen (16) output discretes, eight (8) 0-20mA 16-bit analog inputs, eight (8) 0-20mA 16-bit analog outputs and a 10/100MB Ethernet communications card.

Just right for the little jobs
Intended to be used in installations with fewer IO requirements, the SCADAspire PLC MINI features many core features of the 06 model with a smaller footprint and lower cost. This controller was implemented in the idea of providing security and intrusion detection at remote solar-powered tanks and reservoirs, but can be used for basic pump and motor control. Base specifications include four (4) discrete inputs, four (4) discrete outputs, two (2) analog inputs and two (2) analog outputs.
All of this connectivity is packed into a device nearly 1/3 the size of the 06 and is ready for low-power installations. For standard AC-powered installations, additional discrete IO and Ethernet connectivity can be attached to make this a very powerful and robust device for nearly all site types.
